Can I return or exchange a body care product ?
Unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time. Our products are created in small batches, and we do not possess the inventory to honor returns and exchanges.
This applies to our herbal remedies as well as body care products.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Once bookings are scheduled you have until 3 days before the booking to cancel or reschedule for a full refund!
If you cancel within the 3 day window you will not be refunded.
If you request to reschedule within the 3 day window you will not be rescheduled.
